TLDR: Horrible communication, homophobic photographer, bad attitude. B. Remembered was the only regret of our entire wedding. Months before, we had reached out to set up a meeting with our photographer. We were told they set those up 21 days before the wedding and that they would reach out. Please do yourself a favor, and heed the warnings of mine and others' 1 star review. Based on other reviews, it seems possible that you could use this company and be happy in the end, but there's a good chance that won't happen, and if it does, you will be absolutely stonewalled by the management and will not get a dime back. DJ Sydney Devon did not communicate with us AT ALL before showing up to the wedding 30 minutes late, and with a busted sound system. Truly, his laptop screen was nonfunctional. We used B. Remembered for dj, videography, and photography services. Our videographer and photographers were amazing and were definitely over 5 stars for their services. This review is specific to the horrible DJ that we had for our wedding day. Sydney was very unprepared and miscommunicated with us. He explained that he was going to cut the entrance song short which we were fine with. He thought we wanted the first dance cut short and our guests and I had to say the entire song mid dance. DO NOT BOTHER. They sent a DJ that showed up 15 minutes before the ceremony, with pot smoke billowing out of his car (in a state where marijuana is illegal, he could've got our whole night shut down). The guy had no idea what was going on, and didn't even have a subscription to the music service he was using (he played an ad at full volume for our guests before we walked the aisle). Unfortunately not worth it. Although the photographer we had was excellent and on top of everything- we had an awful experience with the DJ assigned to us and an even worse experience with communication regarding a refund. The DJ did not communicate with me whatsoever regarding song requests and ceremony songs nor did he reply to any of my messages the day of the wedding which had me anxious as to if he'd even show up.
