I gave a 2 because we got our roof replaced quickly after the March 2025 storm. But 8 months later we have nothing else completed. . .siding, gutters and fascia. I've called many times. Sometimes they return my call only to say we're on it. . . It's been ordered. . . The order was lost in transit and now says insurance company won't pay what they are asking.
