Good guys, very friendly, did great job
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Seriously don't waste your time calling this Business! I accepted a quote from rob, in writing mid September. I even called him to confirm he received the acceptance email. He said he would do the job 3-4 weeks from now. Its now nearly mid November (2 months later) & I haven't had any contact or phone call from him. (I'm a self employed tradesman as well, so i know how this works) This is Bad Business!
These guys are good at taking the tree down. However, They are not good in fairly tight spaces. They destroy plants and trees on the route out to the chipper. More attention is needed on clients' premises and cognisance of clients' established gardens. I'm sure they are better suited for larger properties.
Rod and his team were great from quoting through to completion. Rod is certainly an expert on trees and offered great advice. Rod and his team were very professional and skilled at safely and efficiently removing large trees. I would highly recommend B & R Tree Services.
