After almost two months, (January 8th - February 28th) multiple no shows with no calls, finally got to the multiple phone tag stage, which was unnecessary as I said I would be home, and they said they would be here. Gave address to them multiple times. This all happened on multiple days. Finally they showed, replaced two long hose bibs with much shorter ones, one not even needing replaced as it was okay. Friendly, on time arrival.
I Would have given no stars however , They we're contacted 2 days ago for busted pipe and I have no water. Contacted today and gonna send them right on out , I'm still waiting , no water and 4 babies under 4. I won't be calling them again or recommending this company . Respectfully this could have been so different.
#1 place to call they call you right back and they come out right away and fix any issues you have and extremely affordable definitely recommend B & R to anyone!
