Ben and his team were friendly to work and communicate with, but the job was completed with poor quality of workmanship. Rubbish was left at our home, poor and uneven cutting and installation of tiles, a huge hole left unfilled by a moved light switch, grout all over the tiles, and silicone so thick it is impossible to clean underneath beneath the shower screen, meaning we now have to pay other trades to come in and redo and fix parts of the job.

Ben and his team built a new kitchen in my investment property to a high standard of workmanship, at a reasonable cost, and within a narrow timeframe due to the tenant still residing in the property. By all accounts they were polite and courteous to my tenant (and me) and were happy to fix up any small issues picked up by my property managers on final inspection. Will use them again.

It is a shame I have to put 2 stars. The start of the journey was great. Very good communication and generally pleasant to deal with. However, once payment was made it was clear that the job has not been completed adequately. Very dissapointing. Holes left in ceiling, rubbish uncollected for weeks, no fitting for washing machine waste. The job looks good at a glance but when you get into the finer detail there are key items missing everywhere.
