was in Gatlinburg from out of town, broke my necklace and these folks had me fixed with qaulity work for a reasonable price within a day.
I had a great experience! The owner was very kind and took the time to answer all of our questions about Jewelry. When they didn’t have what we were looking for, they even recommended nearby shops that might carry it.
My fiancé proposed to me while we were on a little family trip and Gatlinburg and my ring was a pinch too small. I took it to B&R around 1:30pm on a Tuesday and they had it resized by 3:00pm! Billy was extremely helpful, friendly and professional!!
