I got proposed to on our trip to Gatlinburg but the ring was the wrong size. After reading reviews we chose to get my ring resized at B&R and they were the best. They resized it within 2 hours and it turned out perfect. They were super nice as well, would definitely recommend :)
We were in town for our honeymoon and our hometown jeweler in Kentucky ordered the wrong size band for my husband. We stepped into this store and they were so happy to help. The most honest and kindest people! Long story- but they went above and beyond. We will make it a point to stop and say hi on our next trip. Great business!
Truly amazing company! They are honest people and very friendly. They are the only place in town I trust to fix my ring. My center stone was a little loose and it took them maybe 30 seconds to fix it. I highly recommend them!
2 weeks ago, I had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger due to swelling. I took my ring to the jeweler we had purchased it from to have it repaired and resized. Being a very large chain store, I figured they could do what I needed done. That store, not to be named, not only oversized the size we had agreed to, they left the cut visible with the repair. Best jewelry store in the area! We went to a few different places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge before finding B & R. Worth the search. They had exactly what we were looking for!
