Set my portable A/C correctly.
Initially quoted a fair price, they dismantled our malfunctioning A/C system efficiently and even explained each step during the process. After a previously disappointing experience with another company, I appreciated their thorough approach and felt more confident about the outcome this time.
I expected a thorough cleaning of the A/C vents and was pleased that the technician took about two hours to carefully disassemble and brush out each vent, explaining the build-up and showing me how to reduce it in the future. This experience was much more informative and detailed compared to a previous service I've had where I felt they rushed through the process.
Our A/C runs perfectly after their thorough maintenance check today.
