Hardworking man
Did not get proper permits, very slow, had to redo numerous things to bring up to city codes once I called Building and Codes. He had to redo the landing and steps twice to meet codes, and it was still crooked. Improper licence to do the project he was doing for me. After 6 months and 90% of services paid, I had to stop his work and had to pay to have project completed by other contractors.
