I went into B&R on Thursday, Aug 31, 2017 to purchase a pressure washing gun. I asked the salesperson to show me what was in stock to find the correct fitting. He yelled at me for not knowing which gun I needed, and would not show me the guns in stock. He was completely rude, and started complaining at me for no reason. As a business owner, I will not ever return and recommend others do not go there if you want good customer service.
