Excellent and honest
I would absolutely recommend B & R Auto Body! They are the most honest straightforward body shop I have ever been to. Tom did a great job providing me with a realistic deadline and keeping me updated while he was working on my car. They were able to perfectly color matched my cars unique color on pieces they replaced as well as find identical replacements for my broncos heritage stripes. They were an absolute pleasure to work and did incredible work. Thanks guys!
Had bumper replaced on Honda Civic. Turn around time was quick. Turned out great. Tom was easy to deal with and the level of communication was appreciated.
I had an unexpected mishap one late Friday night when a strong gust of wind caused my driver's door to dent the fender, making it difficult to open properly. Thankfully, my mechanic recommended B & R Auto Body, and I couldn't be more grateful. I called them up and dropped in on Saturday morning for a same-day quote, where I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Excellent service communication and quality. Lots of body shops can get the work done but the difference here was the great communication and setting my expectations for everything at all times. Little touches like extra attention to the wheels made me happy definitely recommend.
