Terrible - The owner came out to my home to provide an estimate to fix my washer and was too lazy to confirm what the problem was while there. He didn't even look at the back of the washer once, nor pull anything off to look inside. This owner just wants to collect he service call fee of $60 for nothing, then provide you with an outrageous estimate so he doesn't have to come back.
Most excellent experience from the excellent customer service at the office to the professional, couteous and knowledgeable tech visit. Would highly recommend to anyone needing major appliance service! They are definitely in my contact list for future needs.
