I visited B&Q Hereford recently to find some self-adhesive cable clips. I approached a staff member for help but was simply told to “look in aisle 44” while they continued chatting with a colleague. After being unable to find the item, I asked another staff member named Fiona for assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with Fiona was extremely disappointing. My husband and I were in B & Q Hereford today, 2nd July. During the course of our shopping, my husband was taken ill. We'd like to give a very sincere and heartfelt thank you to staff members Dawn and Joe. Who acted promptly and compassionately and dealt with the situation calmly and professionally. Good luck if you pay for delivery and need a refund. I am still waiting months for B&Q to do anything after receiving a damaged item, despite them saying they would be in touch to arrange a redelivery.
