Very rude lady on the phone been cut of 6th time now. Very unprofessional
Overpriced, price gouging go elsewhere, help smaller businesses not these.
Checked online for stock of block paving and saw there was more than enough. On arrival I found there was no stock at all and told I should have rang to confirm availability. So much for the online service. Had to travel further afield to get what I needed. Very poor
Yesterday, we popped into B&Q, and honestly, the staff were on point. I can’t remember the guy’s name, but when we were checking out the shelving rack, which was pretty pricey for us, he hooked us up with some solid advice. Instead of buying the expensive rack, he suggested going for buying the raw wood and asking them to cut it for us. That saved us a ton of cash. Big thanks to the team! Every time we had a question, their responses and guidance were spot on.
