Good prices, pros, quick, good service! First time using this service. John cleaned our carpets and was really honest about some of the stains. We have really old carpet in our rental and have been here a long time so understand the red juice stains will not come out. John tried but we knew it may be permanent. He was really nice and professional the whole time. He cleaned 3 rooms, hallway, and our stairway in 1:15. They also used green products so it's pet and kid-friendly. We will definitely use this company again.

My carpet cleaners did a great job in removing a lot of the heavy stains which included wax, paint, and glue. I would highly recommend B & Q Cleaners to my friends and family!!

They do not keep their appointment and they subcontract the work to non professionals. I was quoted 89.99 and the guys show up saying it could be more than 200$. I settled for 100$ and a very minimal area because I could not wait anymore cause they did not show up the first time. One could do a better job renting rug doctor from Harris Teeter. I would not use them anymore.

Actually there was nothing that I thought you could improve upon. In fact, I was extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning that he did for me. He was extremely careful and thorough. I would recommend him highly to all my friends!
