Stay AWAY from this company!!!! Far far away! They don't respond to service calls, sensors break constantly and they want hundreds for fixing, very unreasonable pricing and inadequate service. We have cancelled our agreement with them.
Stay away! After 13 years my system stopped working. For $250 a tech came and told me it was broke and could not be fixed. Then I get a letter a week later saying $1900 to replace my homes system. Then a few weeks later they call saying I owe them $1700 if I want to cancel the service on my alarm system that does not work. They claimed I signed a 6 year contract in 2001 that automatically renews every 6 years and can only be cancelled in the 30 day period before the 6 years expires. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst possible experience with this company. Quoted a price of $400 in writing for a day-long comprehensive list of work, never mentioned a years-long commitment once, ever. Once on-site, informed me of an extra minor repair without mentioning extra cost and had me sign a "receipt". 12 weeks later I received a bill for an extra $250 for the repair, which they insisted I agreed to, upon which I asked to pay for all service to date and cancel service - They decided at this point to let me know I signed a 3-... read more
