B Present changed my view of workout classes-I love them now and how strong my body is becoming! Tough workouts, super supportive bartenders who totally inspire and a warm, gentle community-just perfect!

All of the instructors have been very kind and welcoming. Love how all the exercises have alternatives to fit your fitness level.

Attended my 1st Barre class (via zoom-I live in Illinois) & it was easy to follow, high energy & Tammy is a fun & engaging instructor! (She also did awesome at acknowledging the zoom participants-which doesn't happen during many of my zoom classes thru other studios.)
