I went in my first time a few months back and was asking who is the best person to get my plasma from . They pointed me to a young lady who I thought was going to get me in and out. Turns out she didn't and now I'm darn near banned from donating because she the phlebotomy expert missed my vein about 4 times and because of that now im banned ..how is that even legit

Clean and efficient. First time donor. I was in and out in about 3 hrs. Payment was quick and accurate. If you follow the preparation checklist, should be easy!

Center was organized and staff friendly, but they can't take you if you're gay! Look, I'm understanding, especially since they sell plasma overseas to places that aren't as up-to-date as the US. But maybe make that clear on signing up for an appointment, so I don't waste my and the staff's time?

Completely done with this location I don't understand why you have to wait 10 days to return when your temperature is to high complete bull.

I was a new client and made an appointment. I went there despite the fact it took a long time but did get seen. My first time these are my opinions of this facility. Good things-extremely thorough medically speaking (must be ultra patient) Bad things-they never answer the phone, long walk from the front door to their facility, waiting time is way too long for their appointed times.
