Waited 20 minutes with no front desk staff to help me. Finally someone comes out to help me and I’m told because of the computer system I wasted my time. I have to schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance. They can’t see me today because they’re booked up although the computer has plenty of appointments. No one in the waiting room. People standing in the back just talking and laughing while I stood at the desk to be told nah you can go home and try and schedule tomorrow. Did not receive promised compensation for my 2/11/24 11:15 appointment. Review reflects my experience and the company rather then the staff. Staff are for the most part always friendly.
Went there for a physical with the nurse and finished donating that day. The next day I come in and I'm locked out of the computer and they tell me I need another physical. I tell the staff member I already had a physical and she tells me I have to make another appointment. Why do I have to make another appointment to see the nurse. Why can't they fix this problem????? For the past 2 days. I have been driving there only to be sent home without donating
Very disrespectful woman was screaming at me because I was given false info. Never come horrible experience
The location is close to home, but it's getting nuts with how often I've come in, only to have to listen to somebody having a tantrum and threatening the employees for some reason or another. This place needs a security guard, or guards, because it's making people like me feel unsafe Especially since it's down a long hallway, it would take too much time for police to arrive if needed
