Update 9/24/26 B positive has some of the lowest donor fees around. I only recommend coming back after you lapse 6 months to get the most otherwise it's hardly worth putting your body through the process. Especially taking 2 buses or even driving with the price of gas..but today I'm writing because the BATHROOMS ARE DEPLORABLE!! They rarely have toilet paper in the holder sometimes just sitting on top and the worst part is the no hand soap..imagine everyone wiping and then no way to wash their hands gross..I don't understand... read more
Staff was excellent, helped me through all my questions as a first time donor. Wonderful experience! I felt VERY cared for! I look forward to going back. Anthony was awesome! Perfect customer service, very gentle didn't even feel the stick! I was in and out! Wonderful service from everyone.
I’ve tried multiple times to schedule an appointment only to go in and be told my appointment needs to be rescheduled or that the facility is “closed”. When I asked when I could make an appointment I was told “There is a chance we are closed on any day”.
