Bathrooms are dirty, people don’t follow the center rules. People will listen to music loud while also playing their phone loud. Also had to tell someone to stop vaping near me where people give plasma. If you aren’t gonna have people follow the rules then why have them? The lack of consideration of other people is astounding. Self awareness goes a long way.
Concerned. I've been a donor at a recently closed location and I've only donated twice in Holmes and they're payment system was "down" yesterday. Not unheard of nor unforgivable. But next day still not paid, can't reach a person or even leave a message online or phone. Website is gone and they tell you in these comments to contact them directly through their website. Machines are almost always down. Seems to close at random times. (Arrived at 2:50 when the center advertises closing hrs at 5:30) Payment system is down a lot. Staff are great though
This was my first time here at the Holmes B Positive 4/15/26, I would like to say my experience was great through the whole process, everyone working there was very nice and helpful, I would like to say how wonderful the nurse is, I have hearing problems and she made sure she spoke up so I could hear and understand everything she said Thank you so very much, this center is a bit of a hike for me but it's definitely well worth going there, needless to say this will be where I'll be donating at for now on, Thank you everyone f... read more
Staff was excellent, helped me through all my questions as a first time donor. Wonderful experience! I felt VERY cared for! I look forward to going back.
