Staff was excellent, helped me through all my questions as a first time donor. Wonderful experience! I felt VERY cared for! I look forward to going back. Anthony was awesome! Perfect customer service, very gentle didn't even feel the stick! I was in and out! Wonderful service from everyone.
I’ve tried multiple times to schedule an appointment only to go in and be told my appointment needs to be rescheduled or that the facility is “closed”. When I asked when I could make an appointment I was told “There is a chance we are closed on any day”.
