I spent time and money and didn't get the service I went for
Intake was okay and they're training new people but that's fine up until the point I got sticked and seconds later I immediately felt a severe burning sensation. They didn't stick it right and now my left arm's vein is very bruised with constant pain. Even the nurse was saying that wasn't good at all. I pretty much just left there on the spot, did not trust them to try my other arm and they insisted that the pressure sensation is normal. I expected pressure not constant burning. GET BETTER PEOPLE
Good luck if you're a new donor. They only take 1 new donor a day, they only booked 10 days out, and they really expect people to sign up to be a new donor every day until they get an appointment. I heard so many good things about this place but seems like they don't want my plasma.
