I've been coming to the Cheltenham location for almost a year. From the Front Desk Reps to the Manager they have always been super polite. Showing true concern for your well being. An when there is mew information or promotion happening they don't mind walking you through it , so that you truly understand. But most important is that the staff, is kind, caring and always willing to help you. An they try there best to get you in and out as quick as possible. Great place to donate. Management is great except for the Manager Pearl. She us so scary. I donated here plenty of times just to come across her looking at me. She literally comes on the floor and watch everyone including staff. She reminds me of a detective looking for clues.what is her problem. I never had any issues coming here until she started making me creep out. Don't come to this location or if you do come when you see the 2 black ladies because they are good.

been come in here since it opened a little bit of a crapshoot big turnover in staff never know who you’re going to get constantly br scars on arms. I’m done sto during pandemic to sloppy unsafe ushed
