First time donating blood in general and tried this place as a starter. Appointment was at 2:15 got there 10 mins before. The door is locked so you have to be buzzed in I didn’t see anyone on the desk so I knocked the window and another donor opened the door for me. Once I walked in there was no one by the counter, there was a kiosk where you can sign in but I believe those are for people who have already donated. This facility is horribly run.. by Dominique she lets the donors play loud music walk in and out..hang in the back, which you're not supposed to do after signing in.. her staff walks around with loud Bluetooth attached to them playing music while sticking, the place is unsanitary bathroom was unusable you had to go to Dollar tree to use it for about a few weeks. this place sucks and ended up wasting my time , don’t ever be back . I could sit here and name every single person but i’ll be nice and keep this on a composed level . Don’t go here unless you want your time wasted

This is the best plasma donation center in the state of NJ, don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with 4 beautiful young ladies by the names of Nichelle, Tonya, Yaya, and Khadisah and it is always a pleasant experience when they are the ones to stick me. 10/10 experience everytime.
