Does anyone know what happen to his practice? I need medical Records and can’t find a thing about his retirement.

This doctor is very rude, and dry. Yes ONE of the medications he gave me helped. But when I tried to reach out he was rude, and turned his back. When I asked him to fill out some documentation for me needed by my employer his response was "drop it off at the front." Its not what he said, its how he said it. My PCP once told me something that made a lot of sense, you pay me so I service and provide for you, you tell me what you need, and within my capabilities, I will try my best to get you taken care of.
