I would give a zero if I could. I was spoken to rudely from the time I got there until the time I left. We were going on vacation and I waited until the last minute to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was driving by and saw a sign that advertised that they did oil changes. I called to see if I could bring it up right then but was told "not today" by what sounded like an elderly lady who answered the phone. I bought a tire for $50 less than two weeks ago. Today that tire was flat. When I asked about repair or replace I was told that for $25 they would repair the faulty tire (sold to me just two weeks ago). Complete ripoff! Stay away!
I was riding down the road it sounded like my motor was dragging the ground. The first place I came to was BP Tires. After an inspection I was told I needed brakes. The mechanic said to be there at 8:00 AM sharp the next morning. He got the job done at the best price ever. I was very happy with the honest, fast service. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! JM
If I could give this dump a negative star I would. I have never had worse customer service in my life. There was a review of this dump that someone else had posted where his wife was threatned, I completely agree with his review. My wife and I step into the office and there are two women sitting there, both of them look at me and don't say a word. I have no idea who to talk to so I just start talking about what I need. I always go to B&P when I need a tire plugged or if I need a re-tread (used tire). I just ordered a full set of new tires for my Van and it was $650. This seems high, but I trust them enough that I had them order the tires. They will arrive in 2 days. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
