I would give a zero if I could. I was spoken to rudely from the time I got there until the time I left. We were going on vacation and I waited until the last minute to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was driving by and saw a sign that advertised that they did oil changes. I called to see if I could bring it up right then but was told "not today" by what sounded like an elderly lady who answered the phone.
