Our Marquis hot tub suffered damage from a surge. Justin was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, Marquis parts were not available, but Justin was able to replace the parts with a Balboa system that fit in perfectly, and functions exactly the same. We're very happy to have it running again!! Service did take a while, but some of the delay was waiting for parts to arrive, but they know what they are doing so it was worth the wait.
I have a 20 year old tub that pump kept shutting off Justin came and happened to find out a wire came loose he could have stayed a couple hours and charged me a lot but he only charged me for a service charge that should say enough I would definitely recommend them them
