After having my purse stolen at the mall leaving me very devastated without my keys. I called B & P locksmith and a very friendly person was able to assist and get the locksmith dispatched and he showed up in 30 mins to help me out. He was very nice and I was able to get back into my apartment and he also changed the locks too so I instantly had new keys. We scheduled for a Saturday morning. Locksmith was supposed to be there at 9, but did not arrive until 1:30pm. Granted - it was a busier than usual day for him. Other than the punctuality issue, he did a good job and price was reasonable.
