If I could give a 0 star review, I'd do so. I called asking about a quote for a key duplication for my car. They had the technician call me back a few minutes later with the quote, asking if he could come and do the service immediately. Apparently they didn't tell him that I just needed a quote. Well, apparently they did not tell anyone on their staff that I was just looking for a quote because I was proceeded to be called 13 times over three different phone numbers over the span of a day and a half. Started off by breaking our front door, and saying “it’s too old” and I needed to replace it (it worked before he arrived, we just needed new locks so our keys match). Then broke a key off in another door. After hours we asked him to leave and he left the two doors broken , one with the key still in the lock. Charged us for the work too. I called to have the situation taken care of and they never called me back. Highly recommend not using.

My daughter's car got stolen. We found the car and needed a locksmith. I called and they sent Roy. He was punctual and polite. Only took him a couple of minutes. He got the car started and saved the day. Thank you, Roy!

I forgot his name but a young gentleman, 25, came and fix my garage door. Highly professional and courteous! He took his time and was willing to to explain the process.
