Benjamin was fantastic! He called promptly and asked the right questions to make things easier. Sadly, my neighbor across the street died suddenly leaving his vehicle blocking entry into the garage. Someone had stolen both sets of keys to the F-250. His elderly Mom was dealing with that horrible loss of her 41 yr old son and trying to get the home in order. I locked my keys in the car and after failing to open the door myself, I called B&P Locksmith. The service technician was able to get them efficiently. I'll be sure to remember the company should I need any of their services.

If I could give a 0 star review, I'd do so. I called asking about a quote for a key duplication for my car. They had the technician call me back a few minutes later with the quote, asking if he could come and do the service immediately. Apparently they didn't tell him that I just needed a quote. Well, apparently they did not tell anyone on their staff that I was just looking for a quote because I was proceeded to be called 13 times over three different phone numbers over the span of a day and a half. My daughter's car got stolen. We found the car and needed a locksmith. I called and they sent Roy. He was punctual and polite. Only took him a couple of minutes. He got the car started and saved the day. Thank you, Roy!
