Started off by breaking our front door, and saying “it’s too old” and I needed to replace it (it worked before he arrived, we just needed new locks so our keys match). Then broke a key off in another door. After hours we asked him to leave and he left the two doors broken , one with the key still in the lock. Charged us for the work too. I called to have the situation taken care of and they never called me back. Highly recommend not using.

Benjamin was fantastic! He called promptly and asked the right questions to make things easier. Sadly, my neighbor across the street died suddenly leaving his vehicle blocking entry into the garage. Someone had stolen both sets of keys to the F-250. His elderly Mom was dealing with that horrible loss of her 41 yr old son and trying to get the home in order. If I could give a 0 star review, I'd do so. I called asking about a quote for a key duplication for my car. They had the technician call me back a few minutes later with the quote, asking if he could come and do the service immediately. Apparently they didn't tell him that I just needed a quote. Well, apparently they did not tell anyone on their staff that I was just looking for a quote because I was proceeded to be called 13 times over three different phone numbers over the span of a day and a half. My daughter's car got stolen. We found the car and needed a locksmith. I called and they sent Roy. He was punctual and polite. Only took him a couple of minutes. He got the car started and saved the day. Thank you, Roy!
