I work at a lighting store that does repairs and custom builds. We order parts regularly from B&P. The quality of the parts, the quick lead time, and the customer service experience have been top notch. Whenever I have any questions related to all things parts, Stephanie is who I call. She’s been easy to work with on any special projects I need help with. Great customer support!
B&P was the main site I used to order parts for my lamp shop, until they changed their website at the beginning of the year. Now it is impossible to place an order on their site. You need to choose a shipping option from a drop down menu, but the drop down does not allow you to choose an option. Time is money, and I can’t waste a day of work trying to order parts! BP has been aware of this issue since February and has not fixed it. You are losing customers making it this hard to purchase anything!
Friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff and a wide selection of lamps, shades, and accessories. I can recommend!
I love this store. I have been coming here for 7 years now and can’t believe I never given them a review! They have always been ever helpful and so nice to me. They have so many lighting parts and some lovely antiques as well. I always end up spending the entire day there. It is another happy place for me 😁 Thank you guys for what you do and Happy New Year!
I today attempted to place an order with B & P lamp supply. I like their candle covers, but I was once again insulted by Mary & Stephanie. Wondering if there is more to their story I read B & P Better Business Bureau complaints only to find Mary & Stephanie mentioned. I’ve asked to speak to the owner and I’m not certain who that is as they refuse to leave a message or return a call.
