workers were rude and nasty

Staff is super ignorant I called to inquire about an appointment I asked the lady that answered the phone for her name her response was “I don’t have to give you my name” what type of business are you people running? Reporting this place to the BBB. I also then asked her for a supervisor she said “I am the supervisor” very poor service I don’t believe anyone should treat customers that way yet alone run a business in that manner. These people are the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. The address on their website is different from where they actually are and refuse to give you the address to come get your car. I made an appointment on a day they were stated to be open and then she told me they were closed so my appointment got moved and I can’t come get my car for when I made the appointment. She refused to give me the address and not only that the dumbass that towed it did damage to my gate and my yard. They suck!
