These people are the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. The address on their website is different from where they actually are and refuse to give you the address to come get your car. I made an appointment on a day they were stated to be open and then she told me they were closed so my appointment got moved and I can’t come get my car for when I made the appointment. She refused to give me the address and not only that the dumbass that towed it did damage to my gate and my yard. They suck!
Terrible business. Must make an appointment to get your car and you’re lucky if they have an appointment available. Also the address listed on their website is NOT where they’re located. They’re in Orlando not Kissimmee. And of course daily fees apply even if you can’t make an appointment to retrieve your car on the day you need or want too.
These people are straight trash. They literally make it impossible to get your car back.
Terrible!!! Made an appointment with them and when I was on my way they rescheduled with a email a hour before my appointment time but didn’t even bother to call when I had drove over a hour to get there. When they sent the email it gave no way to reschedule an appointment I could actually make it to and lost all my things. Didn’t even give a call back or email back after I called and left voicemails and emails.
