Please be sure to ask for someone who FULLY SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS English. Got here at opening yesterday and store wasn’t even opened on time. I asked the cashier that checked me out (who was also the one that was late opening the store) if I brought my purchase back would it be refundable BEFORE I PAID. He said yes as long as it’s in the same condition. Never even took the hair out the bag from when he put it in and brought it back to be told that I could exchange or store credit.
