We came to visit Forks from out of town and on our second night here the check engine light on our truck came on. We called B&P and asked if we could stop by to have the codes ran so we know if it’s safe to drive the truck until we can get back home. Craig was very hospitable and although clearly busy took time to help us. High quality customer service goes a long way. Thank you Craig.
They were fantastic! We found ourselves with a burned out bulb. Got us in right away, turned out to be loose and tightened it up - no charge. Completely restored my faith in auto repair industry. Thank you B&P!
Absolutely incredible service from B&P auto. These guys are honest, and true professionals of their craft. My girlfriend and her friend broke down nearby so I drove out there and bought what tools I could locally, I was short a couple of tools that I thought I’d be able to skirt without but anyone that wrench’s knows it’s never that easy. As someone in the field I know how guys are about borrowing their tools, but the guys at B&P spotted me without hesitation up reinforcing True Trade solidarity.
Danke nochmals! Ihr wart wirklich nett und hilfsbereit.
Took a extended trip, this place was able to get me in early the next day for a oil change and tire rotation. Just checked over the oil which is spot on and fresh, new filter, and the tires are indeed rotated. Was able to pet dogs, and he actually charged me $5 less than what he quoted me for. Pleasant staff.
