My recent experience at B-Orthodontics and specifically with Jim Bokas left me with a sense of caution. Trust and clear communication are vital in any professional relationship, and this experience highlighted their importance. I'd strongly advise others to ensure all agreements, especially future costings, are thoroughly documented in writing if you want to avoid being told one thing but then facing discrepancies costing you hundreds of dollars. Unprofessional, Dishonest and Unethical to say the least.
Dr Edwin Tan was fantastic! He was very gentle with my daughter and explained things well at our first consultation.
Had my braces completed by Dr Bokas years ago and had to return for a recent check up, and still just as friendly and professional as always. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking to improve their smile!
