We have recently moved interstate from Tasmania and met with Dr Jim Bokas who will be completing my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. He is so kind and caring. The Lilydale team are so warm and welcoming too. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful team. Thank you for squeezing in a last minute appointment to check my daughter’s mouth too. I would highly recommend B-orthodontics to anyone.
Here for another dental surgeon who works out of this building (Lilydale) once a month but OH MY GOSH this is the most depressing and cold waiting room ever, a little effort would make your clients feel a lot better about the experience of being at a dentist. It was about 5 degrees INSIDE and looks like its furnished from a $2 shop from the 90s'. So unpleasant sitting there. I'm sure they know how to do their job but really it wouldn't take a lot to fix this.
We love this Place! My daughter and I have both had orthodontic treatment at the Lilydale office, mainly seeing Jim Bokas. Jim has been so kind and amazing every visit, and has such a lovely mannerism about him. Jim and all the staff are truly fantastic and we would highly recommend going here!

My recent experience at B-Orthodontics and specifically with Jim Bokas left me with a sense of caution. Trust and clear communication are vital in any professional relationship, and this experience highlighted their importance. I'd strongly advise others to ensure all agreements, especially future costings, are thoroughly documented in writing if you want to avoid being told one thing but then facing discrepancies costing you hundreds of dollars. Unprofessional, Dishonest and Unethical to say the least.
