Hands down, the rudest and most deplorable customer service (disservice) skills of any bank employees I’ve encountered since I’ve been banking, which is almost 40 years! My first bank account was started at Bank of America back in 1984, by my parents… not this location though, thankfully! No one should be shocked this location has a whopping 2.2 star rating. The bank manager was fabulous!!
Quite literally the rudest and most deplorable customer service (disservice) skills of any bank employees I’ve encountered since I’ve been banking, which is almost 30 years! I just walked 2 miles, fast paced to get here before they closed. I even called this morning to confirm they could exchange foreign currency for me.
