Overall hotel was nice. You can tell that it was renovated however it has become dated. I agreed to upgrade for a better room because of my wife's birthday. We enjoyed the spacious clean room with a great view. But I didn't like that it had no balcony, no door to the shower, and it was a distance to the lobby and further from the beach. The pools were just ok at best and the bar restaurant was nice but pricey. I'm on the fence on if I would come back to this hotel again.

Everything was close. You can walk to 90% of all entertainment near the hotel. Breakfast was extremely fresh and delicious. Many varieties for all. Will definitely book this hotel again.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom nice but with no door on the shower, the floor was covered in water and the sink did not drain. Was unaware that there was a parking fee and resort fee that totaled to $105. We requested a luggage cart to get up to our room and no one could find one. We waited for several people to try and find one for us and then decided to lug or stuff upstairs.

Words cannot begin to describe how bad my experience at this hotel was. Rather its no doors on the showers, Rude front desk workers, Scammers in the giftshop charging me 29.99 for some cheap flipflops and 15 dollars for some condoms, Front desk workers NEVER answers the phone, Dirty bath water caused from rusty pipes, The pull couch was full of brown stains, And to top it all off… ITS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!
