Unprofessional. Told me my appointment was at 12:15 even though she actually told me 12:30. Tacky atmosphere out of home. Poor technique. Nails were unevenly filed. White tips painted unevenly and poorly. Also her personality was abrasive. I was scared to say how bad they looked. Is it normal to put gel on top of acrylic? I don't think so. End result was poor. I paid 30 and had to have them redone an hour later.

Had my first fill at B Nails last week, great job! What really grabbed my attention, she works with your time frame. If you only have 6am or pm she will work it for you! While you are there no one is waiting , she schedules one client at a time! Private, fast and meticulous!

I went to B Nails twice for a fill. She must use extra-good product, because the nails lasted longer than they have, with any other salon I've been to. And I travel a lot, so I've been to a lot. But, she's doesn't have the best technique and I don't like her attitude. Defensive. Doesn't have the customer service attitude that one expects from someone in business these days. I would go back because of her product, but I go with the attitude that I won't let her attitude get to me.
