By far the worst customer service I’ve had ever in my life and I’m 57. The guy was so rude on the phone would not let me talk at all or ask a question just some rich guy that took over the other company and don’t know what he’s doing and way overpriced literally double of almost anybody else in Lake County insane good luck with your new business
Dan and Caleb of B-N-K plumbing came and quickly assessed the problem with my water heater, fixed it and helped me with a solution to avoid the same issue in the future!! Great work - I highly recommend B-N-K!
