George and his team helped and was priced well compared to the other places we called. We recommend them 100%
He is unprofessional person I will not recommend this company at all
Had to replace a defective Carrier Furnace. George at BNG was recommended and we happy we went with him and his crew. He sent his foreman to check what needed to be done, promptly gave us a quote and was on time on the intall date. Professional, efficient, good clean up and installed a good high efficiency unit. Final bill was exactly as quoted.
BNG will get the work done, but will need to be patient. Our experience has been okay. Could be better, but they try their best. They are as good as it gets on the Coast. If you need speed than I would bring someone from the lower mainland.
