have been happy with the service many times but not today. I was there because my car was not fixed properly the first time. No one apologized for that & I sure wasn't expecting the price I paid.No one talked to me about what else was needed to fix it totally & how much more it would be$. Just fixed it & here's the bill. RecommendedThe employee's are very nice and knowledgeable. They don't see a woman come in and try to screw them over. Reasonably priced.
They are super helpful and friendly and most importantly, they don't charge ridiculous prices.

I was broke down in a town I've never been to in my life. these guys got me right in, worked for hours on my truck, took me to and from my hotel, and got me back on the road fast. the price was do inexpensive inexpensive almost didn't believe that's all they were charging me. they are friendly, joked with me and we're sll around great to be around. answered every question for me. Service to my car is perfect every time but more importantly the customer service is the best!!! The manufacturer made a mistake on my tires (so not b and ns fault) and b and n sincerely apologized, offered to pick up and deliver my car on the newly scheduled day AND fully detailed my car! I truly wasn’t even upset in the first place but they went above and beyond to make this a great experience!! Definitely recommend!
