We have used B&N for over 15 years. Calling them tmrw and hope to see Owner for a little spin cycle issue.
First, he comes out and unplugs my washer and plugs it back in and calls it fixed. It obviously wasn’t. Then I called to schedule him again and he said “well, that might be expensive.” He does not want to work. He called on his way out the second time and I called back within five minutes and he said “sorry, on my way to another call” and cancelled my appointment. I was at work and had someone at my house waiting for him. He just… he really doesn’t want to work. Unless you need someone to unplug your appliance, he’s useless.
