Went to B.Monroe in Warner Robins for the first time today. I came in with a bad haircut needing corrected and was so embarrassed. Jillian listened to me, didn’t judge, and totally corrected my cut. She was a GEM! Recommend 100%!
Do NOT get your hair cut by Jordan!!! She absolutely does not listen and does NOT know how to cut hair correctly!!! I wanted some short bangs with a certain style and my hair just trimmed at the bottom with no layers and she didn’t do that!! Instead she just my hair un even! My disappointment hair cut was by Jordan!! She doesn’t listen . I brought in a inspo video that shows a 360 all around and instead of looking like the video she had me looking like lord farquaad from shrek!!!!! What a nightmare I have to let it grow out now!!!!
