OMG best workout I've had in a long time! It was my first time going/ doing lagree and i loved it. I went to the 8am class, they have different schedules you can pick from, and was sweating from beginning to end with no fast cardio workout at all! It was a great full body experience, if you really want to get a work out, I definitely recommend trying this out!
I love this place! I feel so great after each class!! My roommate are so addicted to this workout! We LOVE it!! I really recommend this to everyone! Take the class, your body will thank you!!
