Most times I call nobody answers the phone, but there’s always 4+ people in reception hanging around whenever I’m there. It’s not very comforting to hear these women laughing about appointments and such getting “brushed underneath the rug” as a patient listening in the waiting room. My very first appointment with this office was cancelled and nobody reached out to say so, I showed up and was told she had gone home and I needed to reschedule- there’s a very obvious lack of communication between clinicians and front desk.
