Brian installed a new furnace in the home I recently purchased for the previous owner less than 3 months ago. The pipe for the main hot water feed started to slowly leak so I reached out to Brian to come back and correct the issue since he installed it. He told me I would have to pay him to come out and when I mentioned there must be a warranty on parts and labor and doesn't he stand behind his work he responded "I didn't install this for you and I don't know anything about a warranty". I'd steer clear of this guy.
Brian and Matt are professional in every way. Easy to reach, on-time, friendly demeanor, prompt in diagnosing, patient in explaining issues, followed by quick installation & thorough repair. You can trust them to do the right thing every time!
