I have been a repeat customer of WM Wemple pools for years! If I could give more than five stars, I would! They always come out when they say they will, are professional, they know their business, do quality work and they do not waste time. Steve The technician who usually comes out here is absolutely amazing! Joe has been great to work with in the office as well. Very highly recommend!!!! I go to them for pool repair items every single time
Atlas built our pool in Laurette Park 4 years ago and we from the beginning used BM Wemple to clean as they said this covers warranty. In 4 years we’ve had several issues that went unresolved. I contacted the owners of Atlas also BM Wemple Pools to discuss our situation. The owner(s) took all Of my concerns very seriously and sent several of there people To make it right. Very helpful in isolating the issue and getting it repaired expeditiously. I had several lights inoperative and others not properly synced.
Atlas built our pool in Laurette Park 4 years ago and we from the beginning used BM to clean as they said this covers warranty. In 4 years we’ve had several issues from lights $600 a piece to parts breaking and very bad stains. No warranty ever on any issues was ever covered. Everything was a lifetime limited warranty. Apparently limited does not cover any issues we’ve ever had. Now after 3 months of major staining they want me to pay $140 to have them come look at the pool and Let me know what’s wrong.
