I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I think this garage deserves it. I arrived at 2:00 PM and the garage was almost empty. There was only one truck being worked on for an airbag replacement, and another truck was taken in just before me for a tire change. I was told they close at 3:00 PM and that they couldn’t take me today — even though I was already halfway inside. All I needed was a simple tire change, and I believe they could have taken me. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Had a blow out on trailer tire, was there first thing in the morning, everyone was nice and ready to work, back on the road within a hour, thanks for your service
If u r black there is no reason 4 u 2 step foot in the shop they don't want 2 help u a smiple 5 r 10 min repair they refuse 2 let me sign up on the list 2 get helping pitiful I remember wen the Mitchell owned the shop a much better place it was clean and they didn't pick and choose but stay away I believe they will hurt u b4 they help u
