I had a plumbing emergency and after calling everyone in my area, I called the last number but he was in VA and I figured no way will he answer but thank goodness he did. Noticed floor of kitchen was completely underwater and basement starting to flood due to sink pipe breaking. Called B&M at 620pm on a Sunday evening explained what was going on. Marvin was at my house in less than a hour, he was very professional and fixed our problem while walking me through what happened and how he was going to fix it, and what to do in the future to prevent this from happing again.
