For many years, my mother and I have been going to Bruce exclusively for framing, repairs, and purchased a number of paintings/prints from him as well. His expertise and knowledge is unbelievably outstanding, his attention to detail, and care for what he does is impeccable, and he’s overall a genuine person. I understand his store is temporarily closed due to construction. I hope this won’t be the last of BM Picture & Frame.

While the store is closed (presumably due to the construction in the complex), I hope it will return in future, either in this location or elsewhere. I've had three items framed here, all old and bedraggled pieces that needed a new frame and mat, and the result was superb each time. The owner has a great eye, and the work was completed with precision and care.

Had an awful first interaction with the man who answered the phone. I don’t understand why some people are so arrogant! He was rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, I won’t be dealing with this framing store.
