Joe from B&M Mechanical Inc was great! He quickly fixed my A/C issue and provided professional, reliable service. Highly recommend!
Three weeks ago they fixed my new AC unit, and I paid the $900 invoice immediately. The unit is under warranty, and I have been emailing Joseph with questions about the warranty, but they have not been clearly answered. He has neglected to reply or reach out with clarification. The lack of communication and customer service is disappointing.
