The time says they open up at 11 and they does not open up at 11. They need to change their times for them to open because they’re not opening up on time. I’m sitting here now and it’s 1128 and they’re still not open.
Worst experience ever I went in for a chain repair the guy fixed my chain then 3 days later it was broke again so I took it back and the repair guy act like I never came it’s sad how people are these days
Me & this store has a special type of loveee. My dad use to take me here as a little girl for all my jewelry I’m in my 30s now and I continue to do the same for my kids. I send everyone here. Literally travel there by flight just to get my jewelry
Stay as far away from this jewelry store as you can their crooks! I took some watches in to them to have new batteries put in and when I went to pick my watches up I was missing 3 of them and the oriental man and Hispanic woman who works there swore up and down that I only bring in the number of watches that they gave back to me and they weren't willing to do any type of compensation.
The place is great workers are fantastic prices are reasonably
