After years of suffering with arthritis in my hip, I went to see Mr.Mohan, I felt comfortable and reassured after my conversation , I even came away with a date for my hip replacement operation. On the day of my operation I was instantly made to feel at ease, all the staff were amazing & friendly. After the operation the nurses were attentive & nothing was too much trouble . Excellent staff and care at every visit. My appointment was with Mr Roberts today who takes time to explain everything and made sure I could see what he showed on my xrays and MRI scans. Janine the nurse was lovely and provided a bottle of water while I waited and even offered biscuits. I'm an NHS not private patient, but there is no difference in how all staff treat you. I'm very pleased to have been referred to The Beardwood hospital and grateful for the excellent care provided.

Just taken mum for her first post-op knee replacement check-up. She’s delighted with all the care she has received over the past few weeks and has been raving about the experience. All the staff have been so helpful, friendly, and attentive. Special shout out to Janine and Abigail who gave mum plenty of laughs today.

Just had my pre-op for a knee op and found the staff at every turn to be really excellent, from the welcome desk, to the cleaners, who showed me to the way, to the lovely nurses who knew exactly what they were doing and did it with a smile! I feel so grateful to be able to have a knee op there in the NHS! Thank you Beardwood.
