Our garage door was broken and my husband called them and spoke to Amy and she was so kind and friendly and set up an appointment for early morning next day to fix it. Bentley came out to fix our garage door and did an Awesome job. He finished quickly and was very knowledgeable. The whole process was so smooth and price was reasonable. We would highly recommend this company!

I had called B&M for installation of myQ smart garage door opener. On his arrival Bentley the technician claimed that the myQ is not compatible with the lift master unit and cannot install. I would have to buy a bridging unit and I told him I will see.I had a working Keypad out side the garage for garage closing and opening. It was not working so I asked him to check that. I had my garage door serviced by B&M a couple of times and the problem persisted. Mr. Bentley came back again and in the end did it right. Thank you Bentley and B&M. Bentley is a good and kind man.
