I called this company to replace the spring on my garage door since they installed the door and I was happy with it so I did not even ask how much they would charge. Installer was great and did the replacement in an hour, however charging $840 for a garage door spring is just unheard of!, I know I made a mistake trusting them and not asking for the cost but as a realtor I work with contractors on jobs for my clients and whoever I talked to about how much I paid to these guys is just not believing that high cost. Awesome service
Many thanks to Iva (Office Coordinator) and Bentley (Service Technician) for promptly arranging and then repairing our garage door. The garage door required a new torsion spring and cables which were professionally installed and are working well. Iva and Bentley were pleasant and professional to deal with which I appreciate.
Destroyed my garage door and refused to even return my emails and calls to fix it. I have a gap that lets in beat, cold and bugs, which was not there before this company "fixed" a cable issue.
Great service all around. Bentley who has completed several repairs to our well-used door is wonderful. I never write reviews but just wanted to give him a shoutout because it seems rare nowadays to find someone like him! Thank you and treat him well!
