I had my garage door serviced by B&M a couple of times and the problem persisted. Mr. Bentley came back again and in the end did it right. Thank you Bentley and B&M. Bentley is a good and kind man.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted Jason for a new full-view garage door after mine broke. I explained that it was urgent since my vehicle was stuck inside the garage. He assured me he could install the new door the following Saturday at noon. Not only did he fail to show up, but he also didn’t respond to calls or messages for days. Great place to deal with! Bought my garage doors from B&M 14 years ago, & get them to do a Preventative Maintenace service every 2 years. I luv the doors, & their service tech Bentley.
Very trustworthy garage company, offering excellent advice regarding one’s needs , comparable pricing to other companies , superb quality and outstanding workmanship and precision in the installation. I was very pleased with the whole experience and the result. I would highly recommend this company for residential garage door provision.
I called this company to replace the spring on my garage door since they installed the door and I was happy with it so I did not even ask how much they would charge. Installer was great and did the replacement in an hour, however charging $840 for a garage door spring is just unheard of!, I know I made a mistake trusting them and not asking for the cost but as a realtor I work with contractors on jobs for my clients and whoever I talked to about how much I paid to these guys is just not believing that high cost.
