I wish I got his name, but he was one of the workers there. The first to open the shop and the last to leave. I came in to have my pre-cats installed, and he did an amazing job. He kept me updated throughout the process and even sent pictures along the way. Very honest and professional mechanic. I have a mechanic for 17years, but I called B&M for pricing on the catalytic converter & they gave me a decent quote. They are very courteous & professional. The Mechanic showed you all the parts they changed & explained all the sensors the Toyota Camry needed. I waited bec. I was looking to purchase a used new vehicle. My car broke down.
